Here are a few tips to keep in mind that will make the ordering process go more smoothly for you:
Plan on ordering at least 10 cases of each item you want. Some manufacturers require a minimum of 20 cases. If you want less than the minimum number of cases for an item, talk to us about purchasing off of our Gold or Platinum* price list.
Plan on ordering less than 40 separate items per container. For additional items, you may order another container, or purchase from our Gold our Platinum* price list.
You may only purchase from one manufacturer per container. You can choose from:

o Mighty Max and Firehawk

The earlier you submit your order to Spirit of 76, the better your fulfillment rate will be. Fulfillment rate is the percentage of your order that the factory has ready to ship when it is time for your order to ship out. All containers will be shipped full. The above estimates are based on our experience with previous container orders. Substitutes may be required for some items.

Q: How does buying a container save me money?
A: Having the fireworks shipped directly to you from China cuts transportation, warehousing costs, and labor costs.
Q: Do I need a special license to order a container?
A: No! Spirit of 76 acts as the importer, so our importing licenses cover your shipment. The only licenses you are responsible for are those that your state requires for your fireworks business.
Q: What if I want additional products, or a few items from other suppliers?
A: Spirit of 76 offers all container customers a 7% discount off of our Gold price list for items purchased outside of the container order.
Q: Can I order products that Spirit of 76 doesnt carry?
A: Absolutely! When you receive your catalog and price list for each manufacturer, you will notice that every item they offer is available for you to order.
Q: When should I order a container?
A: The earlier you order a container, the better fulfillment rate you will have. Spirit of 76 recommends ordering your container for the 4th of July by November 1st. However, we will gladly accept container orders through January.
Q: When will my container arrive?
A: When you order a container, you can arrange the shipping date with us. Containers typically shipped from China in March, April, or May.
Q: Can I order a container for New Years?
A: No problem. A container order for New Years should be made before September and should get to you in October, November, or December.
Q: If I place my container order on October 1, 2007 and request that the container ships on April 1, 2008, when do I have to pay Spirit of '76?
A: Let's assume the product total is $28,000.00 and the delivery charges are $7,000.00 for a total of $35,000.00. You will be required to send a $14,000.00 deposit to Spirit of '76 within 10 days of your order and pay for the remaining $21,000.00 by April 14, 2008. Final payment is due 14 days after the container ships from China.
