Spirit of '76 Platinum Program

Early Order fireworks by December 1, 2007 for product delivery in the spring of 2008.

Platinum Overview

The Platinum program allows our customers to place an order before December 1, 2007 in order to reserve their fireworks order for delivery in the spring of 2008. The Platinum purchasing program is designed to offer our customers the opportunity to purchase fireworks at the lowest possible prices available anywhere.

Order Deadline

Order must be submitted to Spirit of '76 no later than December 1, 2007. Platinum pricing will not be offered after December 1st. After December 1, 2007, Platinum customers will receive Gold pricing on all orders.

Deposit Requirement

A 50% deposit is required in order to reserve your order. The deposit must be submitted 10 days after the order is submitted to Spirit of '76. The balance of the order must be paid before the order is shipped or when the order is picked up.

Order Minimum

The Platinum minimum order is $5,000.00.

Product Delivery

Platinum orders will be available for pickup or delivery between January 1, 2008 and May 1, 2008. Please consult with your account executive to check on item availability and to coordinate delivery.

Discounts Available

Early Order

Platinum orders received by November 1, 2007 qualify for additional discounts.

Full Payment

Platinum orders "Paid in Full" will receive an additional discount when submitted by November 1, 2007.

Volume Discount

Volume discounts are available for customers purchasing $10,000.00 or more.

Additionally, all Platinum customers will be able to purchase from the Spirit of '76 Gold price list with the following discounts:

Platinum order over $5,000.00 - 3% discount off the Gold price list
Platinum order over $10,000.00 - 5% discount off the Gold price list
Platinum order over $20,000.00 - 7% discount off the Gold price list
Platinum order over $40,000.00 - 10% discount off the Gold price list
